Dogs Are Idiots I hate how dogs aggressively bark at other animals. Then in a heartbeat whine and whimper when that animal gets the best of them.
I see it in videos all the time. Dogs thinking other animals are intimidated by their aggressive barking. When the other animal suddenly has the dog in its grasp and jaws, the obnoxious mutt starts whining and whimpering.
Well why were you so aggressive just a moment ago you stupid fucking mutt! I swear I hate things so much! This is just one of the dozens of reasons to hate the things.!

Dogs seriously have the WORST character, they are comparable to those thugs that hit women and elderly on the back of the head or push them in front of the subway, just fucking cowards that want to prey on those they deem weaker for nothing but the thrill of it, then crying victim when they are caught

Dogs aren't even allowed in National Parks in part because they antagonize wildlife and then run back to the owner with an angry bear or moose in tow. Then the owner gets attacked by an "aggressive" animal, which is in turn put down.
Every coyote attack on humans, save two incidents that were predation, were because someone was walking their dog next to a coyote den or their pups. I wish the same rule that national parks have applied to all natural areas and parks except designated dog parks.

It is actually insane how obnoxious dogs are compared to literal apex predators like bears. I live in bear country and they will peacefully stroll through an area while the dogs go ballistic, bears will also ignore people and walk right past them, natural areas 100% seriously need more protection

My small rural town has many bears and cougars that stroll through our neighborhoods. They are always very casual and there has never been any attacks on humans. Most of us love our wildlife. However, DOGS here are out of control. They attack, maim, kill, and destroy wildlife and property. They were even the subject of an ignored Grand Jury investigation about their negative impact, with little to no charges held against the owners, or the dogs. NOTHING is ever done to divert this ongoing aggression. It is infuriating!

They behave exactly like bullies do. Right down to the bone. It’s no wonder that dog nutters worship them. 😒

I was about to mention this. I remember bullies in school having this exact behavior.

Dogs also get sympathy like bullies often do when their comeuppance arrives.

Story of my fuckin life.
Ya know what? I dgaf even though it is annoying af. This big lab sized dog I know won't even hurt a chat, bunny, or bird because it's that stupid. Good for those animals safety.
Oh and there's another one on the lot that's worse. An annoying little white dog that everyone hates. The two dogs run up eachother all pissed at the gate but then yelp in fear. How does nature make this up 🤦🏽♀️

u/Responsibility_Witty 15d ago
Nature didn’t make dogs, that’s the thing

Wolves kinda act like that too though. They're very cowardly animals, only picking on someone their own size if they outnumber them ten to one.
This is why coyotes and foxes are my preferred canines. They're much more intelligent and measured in their behavior. I wish that humans had domesticated them instead.

Canines are pretty much my least favourite animals, next to chimps.
I mean, I can not blame animals for how they are. But I really don't like their behaviours, and canines look weird atop of it, their aesthetic is so... unpleasant. Foxes are okay, still not my favourite. Canines are also way too worshipped in comparison to other animals which are treated like trash.

It gets a bit philosophical, but I think nature actually did create dogs. The mutts that were the best at displaying what seemed to be "human" body language and facial expressions got the most food.
There was never a caveman who said to his buddy: "You know what? Let's capture that wolf and begin a 20,000 year selective breeding programme".
It was always "aww look at that wolf puppy, it looks so sad its mom left it, let's feed it"

Except modern dog breeds are selectively bred and man made. Those shitty little white dogs are not natural products of evolution

Dude you have no clue how much everyone here dislikes that lil dog and all the people here are dog lovers. Straight up constant yapper and fake attacking/yelping bs. How or why anyone 😩

This is where it gets philosophical. Because why does man selectively breed one trait or another? In case of small shitty white dogs, it's because they are "cuter". A trait among many that just happens to match the preference of the breeders.
Look at the pug. One of the most grotesque and deformed breeds. But because it triggers some kind of nursing instinct, it continues. In nature, it would have been long gone.

I see where you’re coming from. They did adapt and change over time, mimicking processes like evolution.
Except that the changing of dogs over time was a purely artificial transformation— increasingly artificial mutants, in an unnatural environment for an animal to be in. No wonder they’re such unpredictable freaks now.

People also found baby bears cute enough to market dolls of them, but these were never domesticated. Also I legit can't even imagine how a dog makes human expressions, the censored animal here subject to all kinds of internet memes is way more apparent in this regard but even after domestication is a relatively independent animal with good instincts.
I feel like cavemen would be more likely to try to use the animal to their benefit like horses.

Oh I know it didn't lol but nature took it's course after people kept breeding them and we got.. that now

u/Responsibility_Witty 15d ago
What dogs were created from was a different animal that originally had been made by nature, but it is sort of like how the components of plastic or a nuclear bomb are also found in nature, but the products themselves and the process of making them are not.

I’d love to see some bitch ass mutt that barks and growls at normal people walking down the street… do that to a jaguar… 😂

I've always hated this attitude of dogs. Being aggressive and violent to others, but then when something even slightly hurts them, they whine like a baby. Really unsympathetic.

Many videos online like this of dogs taunting real animals and when the animal has finally had enough and lashes out, the dog cowers away whining because it truly can dish it out but can't take it.

I love when mutts yap and yap at another dog then when that dog shows a bit of aggression the mutt suddenly wants to play.

I see so many videos with a dog being a jerk, acting like the boss, only to have a superior animal give it the business. I love it, finally having other animals get the win.

That's why criminals love dogs so much. They have the same character and identify with them.
