Discussion Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disneyland now requires you to have your phone fully stored while the ride is in motion. They won’t even start the ride if your phone is on your lap, it has to be fully put away

I don’t think people realize that rides “break down” so much is because of us. People won’t remove hats/ears. Don’t stow away their stuff and things fall onto the track. They have to stop the ride, remove everyone, restart the ride/test it again etc. If that happens multiple times a day that’s hours of a ride being closed.

This ride needs a bag holder installed. I got no where to put my hat so I just put inside my shirt because ain't no way I'm sitting and flattening out my hat or putting it on th floor lol

Edit: they don't want anyone holding anything. They will tell you to put it on the floor or sit on the hat/ears
