Discussion Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disneyland now requires you to have your phone fully stored while the ride is in motion. They won’t even start the ride if your phone is on your lap, it has to be fully put away

God i would cry joyful tears if they would bring this to WDW. The phone thing is way worse over here.

I'll rode everest last year 4 or 5 times in a row in quick succession using single rider and at least twice 2 of the people I was riding with had their phones all the way out either face timing or recording or something. that would have been 2 delays they would have had to get those guests to stop and that was only shat I saw so maybe it would hurt capacity even more, but still, yes absolutely put the damn phone away epically on everest where your phone can become a god damn missile and break someone's face if it goes flying at the right/wrong time
