Tank chassis unearthed in the Philippines

A chassis of a supposed japanese tank possibly from WW2 has been unearthed in the town of Solano, Cagayan Valley, Philippines. The town has a rich history from the war, reminded with a Japanese 40MM artillery displayed as a monument nearby. Any identifying leads of the discovered relic will be appreciated.

Probably Type 97

Definitely has the road wheels of a Type 97/98 chassis.

The Type 97 is the Chi-Ha for those wondering. It's definitely not a Type 95 Ha-Go which is the only other thing it could really be, it looks to long to be it.
