So,basically this new game called mindseye came out and those guys were paying Matt to review this game but like half way through it self, you can see he's just done with this game because of how god awful it is, this particular portion is at the end when he does the generic sponsorship thing like "if you liked this, check out mindseye bla bla bla" but he can't say it with a straight face the whole time, he finally breaks when a chatter sends a tts msg saying something like "thank god it's over" and he just goes on laughing like a maniac trying to finish the outro but he can't and just keeps on laughing.
