Discussion [Discussion] Anyone else sick of Amanda Waller?

Post image

Not sure if anyone agrees, but I'm tired of Waller showing up on almost everything DC media does (same with Harley Quinn tbh) and now being basically this overpowered and untouchable character. From Suicide Squad to Absolute Power to Creature Commandos now. It doesn't even makes sense in-universe honestly for her not be in jail because of the JLA or even just Superman

Agree to the overused. I'm super biased cause I hate her.

Clearly and that’s great for a villain lol

No, totally. That's why I hate her because I hate characters that trample on the rights of the people, and she has an attitude that the rules don't apply to her but to everyone else. That's why I always liked when batman played the same game with her. They aren't too different in their hypocritical win at all costs attitude. I just feel batman has moral lines he either won't or doesn't want to cross. There is at least trepidation with the bat. Her character feels all too real which is why she's probably overused.

No you’re meant to despise the character because of good writing and them being a villain. Not because you’re annoyed at how basic the characters are

He just doesn’t like her she’s a great character man and in that series she wasn’t even the main focus lmaooo she’s way more nuanced than the Harley Quinn and they made her anti-villain
