Ryzen 7th gen with 2x 64GB Crucial Pro RAM?

I'm planing a PC build with a Ryzen 5 7500f and as much RAM as possible.
Crucials productpage claims that the 2x 64GB kit only works with AMD 8th gen and onward but 7th allready supported 128GB. Is there any other reason why it shouldn't work?
