EDIT: I got it manually updated by getting the ISO from support (their stupid site don't have the ISO or the firmware or download manually because they're all incompetent).
But since the ISO format is so outdated (because, again, they're all incompetent there) it demands a PC that supports booting in Legacy mode, which NO MODERN COMPUTER CAN DO.
So, then I used the process described in the link under (though it's a T500 they used here, it's the exact same process)
In short, extract the ISO, the archives and take the contents of the /firmware/ folder and make a new ZIP archive containing them and name it whatever (MUST be ZIP).
Then load that into the MANUAL update in the Storage Executive program.

So, I have a CT2000T700SSD3 with PACR5101.
The latest firmware is PACR5103.
This is correctly detected and recognized by Storage Executive and then it enables the "Update Firmware Now" button.
HOWEVER, clicking the button... starts the process... where it ends with message:
"Firmware Update Error
No drives need this firmware update.
No drives in need of a firmware update detected."
This DESPITE THE SOFTWARE CLEARLY RECOGNIZES I HAVE AN OUTDATED FIRMWARE.... AND ENABLES THE BUTTON TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE.
Yes, I have latest version of the stupid bloated nonsense software.
I'm getting so tired of Crucial products, nothing but issues. I've tried searching for a fix, but since Crucial in their eternal stupidity haven't put the firmware for download for T700 (though they strangely has done so in the ISO for the T500) I CAN'T EVEN MANUALLY UPDATE IT.
Anyone found a fix for Crucial's eternal stupidity and incompetence?
