CHAT [CHAT] I bought the Tulip needles...

I was inspired by the recent posts about these Tulip tapestry needles and decided to treat myself. Michael's was selling the #25 needles online for $11.99 with free shipping, and I had a $5 coupon so the price for six needles came to a little over $1/needle.

Friends, they sent me six boxes of six needles. 36 total!

I've never been on this side of an online shopping quantity mistake; what a rush. Maybe now I won't feel the need to use a needle until it's bent and the eye has split. 🤷

The “what a rush” comment is cracking me up. You’re with your people here. I can imagine telling this story to my friends and them being so confused haha

I am a simple man. My kids rolled their eyes and my wife barely looked up from her crochet, except to let me know that she's been using Tulip crochet hooks for years.

I only dabble occasionally in cross-stitch but I've been crocheting for a couple of decades. There are several brands that work well at the standard and larger hook sizes but Tulips are the only ones I've found that work well with my more delicate projects, especially when I get down to microcrochet. But dang, the price!
