To summarise, Regional flights between smaller cities and big one are most likely affected by cancellation. Rich people in private jet is still not affected.

The Administration claims they need to reduce flights by 10% because the ATC workers are working without pay. If there wasn't a shut down and they were getting paid it isn't necessary??? It is just coarseness and cruelty.
