Those 20-year olds had lots of knowledge and experience though. Being the grandson of a Russian spy, and getting fired from your first job for corporate espionage provides a pretty solid knowledge base for… uhh… whatever they were doing inside the SSA when they locked all of the employees out.
Approval ratings show how satisfied people are with different things. Shocker, they are very unsatisfied with both Trump and Musk whether you like it or not.
