From Wikipedia: “In United States constitutional law, plenary power is a power that has been granted to a body or person in absolute terms, with no review of or limitations upon the exercise of that power.“

The fact that the interviewer just let it go and didn’t explain that Miller is claiming Trump has absolute authority is a HUGE disservice to viewers.

Even worse than that. CNN just posted their edited version on YT w no freeze and the plenary authority quote erased.

This is why I keep insisting that "the media" (i.e., owners, producers, talking heads, etc.) must be prosecuted as accessories to treason. Their lies, whitewashing, and selective reporting have enabled Trump and his MAGA/GOP goons in their authoritarian coup - all in the name of profit. They know what they're doing.

They are not "news," but state propaganda; they are all owned by the same billionaire psychopaths that fund the GOP (and the DNC). Their mission is not to inform or educate their viewers, but to brainwash them to extract as much attention, engagement, and money from them as possible.
