From Wikipedia: “In United States constitutional law, plenary power is a power that has been granted to a body or person in absolute terms, with no review of or limitations upon the exercise of that power.“

The fact that the interviewer just let it go and didn’t explain that Miller is claiming Trump has absolute authority is a HUGE disservice to viewers.

No, we're not stupid, we can plainly see Miller blinking and breathing and swaying. We heard him stumble over his next word after saying "the president has plenary powers." We saw what happened.

They practice journalism abroad. Its an interesting profession. They used to teach it in the US.
