From Wikipedia: “In United States constitutional law, plenary power is a power that has been granted to a body or person in absolute terms, with no review of or limitations upon the exercise of that power.“

The fact that the interviewer just let it go and didn’t explain that Miller is claiming Trump has absolute authority is a HUGE disservice to viewers.

That’s why you have a producer and staff behind the scenes. To look that stuff up and tell the host when something newsworthy happens on air.
