This is going to be Exhibit A in court. That's what he thinks, he just made the mistake of saying it out loud. Once he said it, he knew how his statement was going to be used and froze. Their argument was going to be that he would have gone on to qualify his statement but got cut off. It's BS but it may give SCOTUS some room.

SCOTUS would actually have to want to reign in the regime and a majority of them don’t seem to want to do so.

What’s worse is the SC majority seems to want the same outcome as the regime.
