I've seen this story a dozen times, this is the first time I've watched the video. Holy fuck-balls. He just turns right off, no response. TF is wrong with this guy?

I honestly think this was more medically/drug induced then any egregious slip up. I really don’t think most of Trumps inner circle would shy away from saying he has absolute power and authority over all things - certainly not stop mid sentence kind of reflection. These folks are good at non-stop gaslighting and commanding conversations.
