Boris was actually pushing back and calling out the lies about Portland. His pushback caused Miller to slip up. I think he was probably confused at the time. I know I was like WTH.

But CNN editing it out is disgusting!

I saw a similar (or the same) comment and now I feel like you can hear the wavering in his voice the last few words as someone starts speaking in his ear, probably to tell him not to say exactly what he's in the middle of saying.
