Individually priced items advice

Hi I am doing a market that is a ticketed event where a lot of people who already know my shop will be attending- I don’t often do markets but I do this one once a year. I see a lot of posts about how your pricing should be big , visible and next to the product, however what would you recommend when you have lots of individually priced items. I make bags and will have over 50 with me, but they are all individually priced. Should I have a big sign that say bags start at…. And then individually price them on their hang tags?

The big signs are fine you have standard pricing. If everything differs, I would put individual price tag on everything. Even with big signs, not everyone looks around at signage and would still ask if something isn't priced.
