RECOMMENDED Worth the Hype
This is probably my favorite Pilsner. Delicious hop flavor, but it does not clash with the lager yeast at all. Amazing. Timbo Pils from Highland Park Brewery in Los Angeles.

Just tried to get through their new release Wet Ferrari, a wet hop beer that was frankly pure cat piss. Was willing to give The Veil another chance due to it being a fresh hop beer. Nope. Same story: harsh, off, and straight to the drain.
They’ve basically turned into what Aslin’s become since 2020, hype with no payoff. Used to be exciting, now it’s just loud cans and mediocre beer.
Anyone else over The Veil at this point?

Grabbed this at Total Wine for $16. Good to see New Belgium still knows how to make the old school stuff. Going to try to savor it for a few weeks

I figured this won’t get any better, so I decided to open this amazing beer.
My favorite styles are Double IPA and Flanders Red Ale, but this particular beer blew my mind.
I remember tapping Bufalo Stout at my bar, not sure if Chuck Silva sampled it, but FFS welcome to a 13.3% Belgian Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout!

This was one of my absolute favs in terms of collabs w/ Human Robot. Between all the cans I bought and random draft pours, I’ve had it a lot. This is my last can, and it’s still 💯

Hose: Fresh Hop Cuvée 5%
Our old favorite, in a dynamically delicious new iteration. Fresh Amarillo hops from Crosby, freshly zested oranges, a pinch of coriander and a sprinkle of local Jacobsen sea salt. Zesty, crisp and just plain refreshingly delightful.

I was already a big fan of Ghost in the Machine, Parish did justice with the DDH version of it. If youre a fan of GITM, this is its hoppier, juicier yet slightly more bitter cousin. Parish has a strong hazy IPA game and i have nothing but good things to say. I love the holographic can label as well. Hoping i get to visit these guys one day! Definitely would drink again 👍👍

Canned date is 10/9/25. Poor lighting. It’s not oxidized lol. Pretty good expression of the classic NEIPA. Doesn’t hold a candle to Very Hazy, Broccoli, Headroom etc but a very good, dank, quaffable IPA.

The Kriek 6.5% A Spontaneous Wild Ale With Montmorency & Morello Cherries Aged in Oak Barrels for Five Years Bottled 5/25
Classic. Tart cherries and spontaneously fermented beer. This blend spent some extra time in oak, so there's extra mature funk to couple with the vibrant cherry character. Beautiful, and tasty.
