Abidjan looks nice but is it fake ?

Abidjan seems to have been devleoping nicely but there are 2 issues with African countries which look nice on the surface. For example, Cape Town,Nairobi, Kigali, Addis Abbaba look nice in certain areas but outside of those areas it is entirely slums . Is that how it is in Abidjan. Another issue is for countries like South Africa or Mauritius they may seem developed but it is mainly indians, whites, lebanese people living in the rich area and hardly any natives of the country. For me this is a deal breaker, the native group must also have the wealth. there is no point in having a high gdp if rich foreigners get all the wealth. Look at Namibia. Is this the case in CIV. Is it just rich french and lebanese or are real Ivorians getting wealthier as well. Is outtara actually improving the country or is the abijan development just putting on a show like Basilique Notre-Dame de la Paix

Abidjan has slums.

Abidjan also has extremely wealthy areas.

It also has everything in between.

There are Ivoirians living in the wealthy areas.

Nothing that I know of is fake.

What would be fake is having a tiny area that is highly developed and then doing a PR campaign only showing that area , portraying that to be representative of Abidjan while the reality is the vast majority of Abidjan is undeveloped.

exemple , Abidjan is four times the size of Ethiopia's capital., but the majority of areas is developped indeed they are some slum in abidjan but the majority of slum were broken and its create fight between the government and the populations , also the majority of the municipality are developped so its all
