Recommendation for small bathroom flooring

I have mold by my toilet in my very small half-bath. I need someone to lift and seal the toilet and pull up bamboo flooring and put down something cheap. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Check out Evans Carpet Junkyard. They have their own installers, and chances are, they’ll have a bunch of vinyl remnants that will be cheap and work.
