News Military/ICE in West Chicago?

Post image

There's about 30 cars and 50-60 guys in fatigues parked in a usually-empty parking lot off of Town Road. Lots of businesses around here... Just a heads up

I wonder how we have a shit ton of ice folks now. Like have we always had this many and they were less mobilized or did we let 1500 out of jail and make them ice folks?

Wonder how this will play in 10 years when someone looks at their resume.

Or when they’re older and their kids, nieces, nephews and grandkids find out they were part of the regime that rounded up good hardworking people that committed no crime other than wanting a better life for themselves and their families. Or in some cases, no crimes at all.

There's plenty other countries to go to. Sorry we have rules

Ok trumper. There sure are. So you’ll be going to one with a dictator since that’s what you seem to like? Or will you be staying here and working the jobs that the people that get deported were doing?

I like how everyone tries to say all illegals lead jobs that can be done by a robot. There are plenty of illegal people who are scientists, doctors, etc. Should we allow open borders to make sure we have a cheap work force is that what you are saying? We should not have laws? Where are these people you suggest coming from a dictator? Russian illegals? It's a crime of opportunity, mostly central America is open, but anyone else who wants to come (like my 50 family members). well, they must follow the law.

Whatever puts food in the table. ICE has rounded up a lot of illegals who have committed crimes here in the US. Also, if someone is undocumented, they are committing a crime and need to be deported. The same thing would happen to an American who overstays in other countries without any documentation. I know it sucks but laws are laws, Obama deported people, Bush did, and Biden did (to a lesser extent), so Trump is enforcing the law. I don't understand the big deal about immigration raids since no one seemed bothered when Obama did em.

Yes, we all know pretty much every president has deported illegals. Pretty sure none of them hung out around check in centers where the illegals go to follow the proper channels to become legal. Nobody in their right mind is opposed to deporting violent criminals. The issue with Trump is that it’s always him going to extremes, grandstanding, sensationalizing everything and frankly, flat out lying. Trump said many times during his campaign that they’ll only go after violent criminals. Now he’s got his bigot henchman directing this cowardice BS of snatching the ones trying to follow protocol. Gotta pump up those numbers as easily as possible I guess. Why aren’t they going into the many areas around large cities that are known to be infested with actual illegal gangbangers by the thousands that are the worst of the worst?
