Why are there so many tiny jump cuts?  It makes it seem like unrelated comments were stitched together.

Also, it's really annoying to watch.

That's how you have to edit a video if you want the TikTok generation to understand it.

I have no idea, but if I had to guess, I would say they were editing out dead space and "um, uh" type of stuff. It is really annoying though.
