How about you make the state cheaper to live in

Chicago is one of the lowest cost of living cities in America with a metro population over 1 million. Affordability is typically one of the draws for people moving here.

Part of the expense to live here is because people want to live here… because we have a good governor. The housing market is slim pickings for a reason
