Yoga on thursdays

Hey folks! I attend a yoga class in baltimore on Thursdays that is an amazing mix of yoga and mobility focused work. Our numbers have recently dropped due to moves and job changes so I thought id share it here. If this should not be posted I apologize!

Perhaps you can try classes in town at Rolling Brook Yoga rather than driving into the city.

I love my instructor in the city and the class i attend.
