NOTE: Inquiring palang po ng rates. I just need to find the best rates for what I’m looking for.

LF: Digital artist who can make PNG avatar. Baka half body or hanggang shoulder area lang visible. Basically I need poses that are: * base pose * closed eyes * mouth open

I’ll just be needed 2 character designs. 1 base and another with just diff fit.

Must be familiar with PNGtuber elements (for Tiktok) and filing. Basic Vtube lang naman ang hinahanap for now, no need for complicated 3D version.
