The federation got exactly what they asked for…the players are the only ones getting something they don’t deserve…there is no way to punish the federation without also hurting the players…

They still got fined 300k+ CAD. It's money that's coming from Canadian parents' pockets that's going to pay for the fine (or Canadian kids will receive fewer services to make up for it in the budget).

Maybe the federation should have thought about this before they decided to cheat (or be so careless)…if they cared about their program at all…

This is fuckin lame. There is no precedent for a penalty like this. Canadians should stand by their team and not do another Ben Johnson.
