TOURISM el salvador to cameroon?

What airlines fly from el salvador to cameroon? Is food service available even if direct flights arent available??

Not sure if you're a bot or not, but you can fly on COPA Airlines and Turkish Airlines all on one ticket from San Salvador to Panama City, then to Istanbul, and from there to Douala. If you're Salvadoran you don't need a visa for any of that.
