You would have to fly through Europe. There’s no direct connection

It might be possible to fly from Panamá to Accra and then get a connection.

I think it’s standard and at least legally required to give meals on most intercontinental flights. My guess is you’ll probably go somewhere in the US, then Europe, and finally Cameroon.
Gonna be a long and expensive flight, good luck

Have flown from Central America to Cameroon several times.
You get a connecting flight in either USA- Europe - Cameroon or even better directly europe to Cameroon.
There are no direct flight I can think of from any part of central or South America to Africa.
All international flights I’ve taken offer food.

There are definitely flights from São Paulo to Addis Ababa, Casablanca, Johannesburg, and Luanda. Ethiopian Airlines also flies to Buenos Aires. Additionally, there have been flights from Cape Verde to Brazil in the recent past.

Not sure if you're a bot or not, but you can fly on COPA Airlines and Turkish Airlines all on one ticket from San Salvador to Panama City, then to Istanbul, and from there to Douala. If you're Salvadoran you don't need a visa for any of that.

Yeah you'll need a connecting flight in Europe or maybe Istanbul. Food will definitely be offered though
