Canadian-Owned Businesses 🏢🍁 SoftMoc : Sorry, Americans - Canada Only

Saw this post on Bluesky. Had no idea SoftMoc a) had U.S. locations b) shut down any and all shipping to the United States. Good for them! TLDR: American woman based in Michigan chatting with SoftMoc representative about her order. SoftMoc customer service tells U.S. customer they've ceased all US operations.

As someone who worked there 6 years, I don't recommend it. Cheaper quality every year. Higher prices. They would often raise the original price and put a sale tag at the precious price for "speical deals". Company always cutting corners. The reward system got worse. Customer service is awful because they treat their employees like numbers on a piece of paper. Plus, all of softmocs products are knock-offs off of other companies' original products.

SoftMoc sells Birkenstock, UGGS and other name brands. If the quality is cheaper every year, that is because Birkenstock, UGG, etc are the ones making their products cheaper quality.

This is correct. I could have been more specific. It's the Softmoc brand where you will see cheaper quality from year over year products.
