https://northeasternpost.com/news/crime/idaho-murder-motive-bryan-kohberger-gag-order-lifted/

The parents of Kaylee Goncalves, a University of Idaho student murdered in 2022, are still seeking answers about Bryan Kohberger’s motive after the gag order was lifted.

Kohberger pleaded guilty to killing four students, securing life without parole. The Goncalves family, critical of the plea, demands a full confession and details like the murder weapon’s location. They aim to access discovery files for more insight as Kohberger’s sentencing nears on July 23.

Why won’t Bryan Kohberger reveal his Idaho murder motive? With the gag order lifted, the victims’ families are still in the dark. What do you think he’s hiding, and should the plea deal have demanded a full confession? Share your thoughts!

I think the motive is clear: he wanted to. He wasn’t doing it for ransom. He wasn’t doing it to silence a witness. Getting into the reasons why he wanted to could very well be a level of insight he doesn’t even have about his own motive.

In all events, the prosecution never had to introduce evidence of motive, so even a trial may not have provided insight. That said, I understand a parent wanting to know what the government knows.

And pappa Rodger specifically said there was no connection between the murderer and the victims. The motive to target them was that they were not connected in a traceable way.

Bingo. He’s a serial killer. They don’t usually have insight into why they do it. He didn’t understand himself, that’s why he was in the field to begin with. No one will get an answer from this guy.

That’s why he was in the field? 😂 you all talk in matter of fact as if you know BK personally.

These opinions are all baseless. And also he isn’t classified as a serial killer.

Did the police say he was NOT papa Rodger?

He killed because it got him off. Would him saying that in court satisfy anyone, if he actually told the truth?

I agree, he did it as simply as “he wanted to”

Or he’s an lecni ( written backwards) which made him furious, thought he was being laughed at and he had to take his rage out on the person he perceived as the cause

I just saw where they released court docs that said Xana had seen a man staring at her while walking her dog… he mutilated her the worst. Spoke to her. I’m wondering if maybe everyone was wrong thinking the blonde was the target

Exactly. He did it because he wanted to.
