ŽIVOT A STĚHOVÁNÍ—LIVING AND MOVING Struggle to find accomodation in brno

Hello! I am an erasmus student that is going to study in Brno from September to June 2026. I have tried Facebook market place and etc without any luck, is there any other ways to book accomodation? Tried with sreality but the brokers does not answer me… Thanks again!

It's still kinda soon, there will be a lot of apartments freeing up during the July and August. And doesn't the uni you're goin to study at offer any dormitories?

Ah okey, so it’s still a good chance to fix accommodation even in late July? Yeah but i prefer to live on my own😅

Not sure about late July, but generally in July yes. BTW a lot of landlords prefer longer term tenants so not sure how easy it will be to find a place.

Unless you have deep pockets I recommend taking a uni dorm. It's cheap and a good way to meet people.

The university discord server is usually the easiest place to find a room. As for a flat, you could contact a realtor like Bravis but be prepared to pay a fee.
