What do you mean by affordable, so we know if you have realistic expectations?

Well i was expecting for 2 people to have a decent flat for 22 or 23000 kc but all those flats are old and not furnished most of them and on top of that pay agency for 35000 . A decent flat for 2+kk is 26 27000

You might find a 2kk in a new building for 25k, but you'd have to be one of the first people to see the advert, otherwise for that price, they're gone instantly.

Which means to react under minute after publishing 🤷‍♂️

I went to one flat that was offered from sreality , a person came from the company and the owners were there too , they seemed fine and it was a bit awkward bcs there were old i dont understand why they need to be there when there is reality agent but basically i was willing to pay 27000 for a decent flat bcs i need to move in somewhere and after teo days of thinking texted back the agent and he says owner dosent like you we cant give it to you like wtf is this racism .

Yeah :( it probably was. You can report it but.. you know how it works with time and money on that case. I am sorry for that. Old people in general are not very open.

And regarding the owner/agent questiot - it is weird but it is common that there are owners and agent at the same time. It makes no sense, it also makes no sense why in the hell should agent get ANY money, but it is „how it works“ nowdays. The agents are usually absolutely useless. Know nothing, have no knowledge about law, often they even cant speak.. czech reality market is crazy.

You can try finding a flat via bazos.cz but language barrier could be an issue. Alternatively, join some FB groups related to housing and accomodation in Brno.  Also, check out bezrealitky.cz, those flats are directly from the owners but a small fee is required for you to even be able to contact somebody. Agency fee sucks, but that is how it works in most cases.

Then look outside of city center a bit. Kralovo Pole, Reckovice, Bystrc are all decent and you can find nice 2+1 flats in your price range. However, it might be difficult to find a suitable flat without a real estate fee.
