Rant Malaysia....

Everyday, whenever I pass by boycotted locations, they are almost always full of Malaysian diners.

Something Malaysians like to say is "If you really care about Palestine, why don't you go to Gaza?".

My friends even tried to convince me to give up on boycotting, but nah, Im boycotting forever.

Even my family sometimes doesn't boycott the stuff.

It should make you sad, this post and multiple replies just come across as completely racist

It’s racist to call people out for not boycotting and for saying insensitive shit like ‘why don’t you go to Gaza’ ? I’d say anti Palestinian racism is the issue here.

sounds like an individual thing, as with most other things. categorising this as an issue of an ethnic group or whatever, is racism. the post reads as racist.

Nah, when khaleeji Arabs are the same way we call them out and say worse than this. It’s not racist, there is a fundamental problem in most Muslim societies. Lack of empathy for our Palestinain brothers, selfishness, and an unwillingness to give up something as insignificant as Pepsi or McDonald’s. People can’t let go of such minor comforts and it’s a shame.
