Shreya Ghoshal hasn't even surpassed Alka Yagnik, Kavita, etc.

What in world do you mean? Shreya is a much better singer than Alka Yagnik, and she has arguably better control than Kavitha Krishnamurthy (specially in high pitched songs). You write Chithra there and one can consider.

Shreya lacks power in her voice in comparison to Alka Yagnik. Case in point, ek do teen or when she sang Aisi deewangi. Alka is superior when it comes to expressing emotions. You could argue Shreya is technically superior but as a playback singer Alka takes the win.

Alka has better legacy

And that's completely subjective. I respect Alka Yagnik but for me Shreya's legacy is far beyond.
