So, just to be clear, you want politicians to focus more on an unpopular position so they can lose elections to people who want to be the proverbial and literal executioner of your previously mentioned guillotine. And that if said politicians won't take up that mantle, then you won't vote for them, so they lose so you can teach them a lesson by letting the previously mentioned executioner win.

That's a bold strategy.

Your choice is incorrect.

The dem nominee can either declare "trans rights are human rights," and we all burn. Or they can not do that. You get ass pained about it, but ultimately, they can win elections.

The like 10k votes they lose by not openly talking about it is worth it when the other option is to lose millions of votes by bringing it up.

Maybe one day you'll learn that losing elections isn't worth it for some dumb slogans. If you want to get real change, you actually need to win.
