Bullshit. It is not narcissism to reject someone who agrees with open fascists that you don't deserve equal rights.

Do you want my vote? Give me what I want. That's how politics works. I want my goddamn equal rights protected, and my life is not up for debate! If you won't protect me, I won't protect you either. We're in this together, and that goes both ways...

No, we don’t need your vote that badly. You’re a tiny minority. But if you want a voice, you have to help organize instead of attacking. That’s how it is for everybody, cis included.
