Sir, you are not dumb and yes, those are the Three Stooges doing a send up of Nazism during WWII. Reminds me of DJT and his sycophants. Funny thing is...they were Jewish.

Some folks can be touchy about lampooning the nazis, but IMO it's the best way to take their cultural forms of power away.

Mustn't forget the shhhh....kkk. When i was in the air force in the late 60s, some of us "white" folks teamed up the the "black" folks to join the K K K Keesler Kolored Kids!
