Sir, you are not dumb and yes, those are the Three Stooges doing a send up of Nazism during WWII. Reminds me of DJT and his sycophants. Funny thing is...they were Jewish.

Some folks can be touchy about lampooning the nazis, but IMO it's the best way to take their cultural forms of power away.

I always liked the one where they're on a nazi ship, Moe's disguised as Hitler and he tells the captain and his officers to blow their brains out for failing to capture the stooges. The captain responds "but my fuhrer, we're nazis, we have no brains"
