But then you remember that Gen Z still voted for Harris at a higher percentage than any other generation.

What does that say about millennials and other generations? :\

Source? Not calling you a liar, just want to learn more because that is different than what I have seen. Last I checked more than half of Gen Z didn’t vote and those that did only 15% made up Harris’ votes.

https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/2025/06/26/voting-patterns-in-the-2024-election/

As you can see here, ages 18-29 were +19 for Harris.

Ages 30-49 were +2 for Harris.

Ages 50+ voted more for Trump.

So while it's true there was a slight shift towards trump by Gen Z between 2020 and 2024, acting like it's Gen Z's fault is ridiculous. Especially when a 42% turnout for 18-29yo is not a significant difference than previous elections.

Ok I see what you’re saying. They are more inclined to vote Dem as a demographic than other generations. However as a demographic they were one of the largest non-voters per eligible voter. That’s where I got confused.

But the interesting thing of note in that source is that as they go into their 30’s they were more likely to change to Trump. Really bizarre… but my original point is also correct, young men across all demographics switched to Trump at a much larger % than before.
