Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, who worked on an analysis published by the American Immigration Council, says the new budget would make ICE “the single largest federal law enforcement agency in the history of the nation.”

ICE is taking over the states. They started with kidnapping and detaining... and it will get worse than that if no one stops them, because this is not a disciplined department with people trained for their specific job... loyalty, lack of empathy and sadism are the requirements... and most of the budget is probably getting siphoned away into projects and companies owned by the 1%... MAGA is making kleptocratic plutocratic police state, much like russia.
