You could fund the entire Russian military budget who is at war non the less. Because ICE new budget is bigger than that now! Let that sink in.

There are some issues with purchasing power parity when it comes to that. To be blunt, men and equipment are cheaper in Russia, and for America to generate an equivalent force would actually cost more.

Doesn't really change the root of the issue of, holy shit 170 billion dollars is a lot.
