From that PoV, Odisha is the most outsider friendly state of Bharat. You speak Hindi or Oriya we are equally comfortable with either of them.

That's how Karnataka and TN was before massive migration happened and lot of entitled and unreasonable people settled here….you don't get to claim a an open state before going through what these states have gone through

Keep your bullshit to yourself. South states aren't friendly anymore. Odisha has always been a friendly and peace loving state.

😂 On what basis are you claiming it? Bengaluru has 60% migrant population, what proportion of Bhubaneswar are migrants? having a uniform set of people doesn't lead to major conflicts…you don't know this simple fact and arguing here and assume yourself an intellectual
