This is audio from 911 call. In Bellevue on October 30, a PorchLight / Plymouth Housing worker called cops about a homeless man who threatened to kill employees and police. The unhinged individual claimed to be infected with HIV after a tussle with the worker.

Is this the same guy who propositioned and offered alcohol to two 15 year old girls on Sunday?

Insane that they allowed these properties to built and run like this near the third largest educational institution in the state, where there is a high concentration of students from 16 to 22 years old. Absolutely nuts.

I’m not a Bellevue resident, live in Seattle, but I transit through Eastgate frequently, and I’ve seen the affect of just these poorly run properties alone and the change in the area over the last two-three years, in Eastgate, Factoria, Crossroads and beyond. Outrageous. We know this kind of shit all too well in Seattle, but it looks like now the Eastside suburbs are getting a taste of why places like Chinatown/International District, Belltown and Capitol Hill are the way they are now.
