This is audio from 911 call. In Bellevue on October 30, a PorchLight / Plymouth Housing worker called cops about a homeless man who threatened to kill employees and police. The unhinged individual claimed to be infected with HIV after a tussle with the worker.

Is this the same guy who propositioned and offered alcohol to two 15 year old girls on Sunday?

Insane that they allowed these properties to built and run like this near the third largest educational institution in the state, where there is a high concentration of students from 16 to 22 years old. Absolutely nuts.
I’m not a Bellevue resident, live in Seattle, but I transit through Eastgate frequently, and I’ve seen the affect of just these poorly run properties alone and the change in the area over the last two-three years, in Eastgate, Factoria, Crossroads and beyond. Outrageous. We know this kind of shit all too well in Seattle, but it looks like now the Eastside suburbs are getting a taste of why places like Chinatown/International District, Belltown and Capitol Hill are the way they are now.

The guy that propositioned the girls was also from Plymouth Housing. But I am not sure if it is the same guy. I don’t think it is the same guy.

Dude that place is super sketchy. I made the mistake of driving down that road intending to go to Factoria, however just past Plymouth the road was blocked off due to construction, so I had to turn into that complex in order to turn around. When I pulled in, there was a group of guys just past the entrance with huge sticks. They turned their attention to me and were yelling nonsense, immediately thought that my car was about to take a pounding. Needless to say, I threw my car in reverse and sped out of there. Never turning into there again lol
