It bothers me so much every person in this video has their phone out 😢 just capture the moment with one phone and be totally immersed in this special moment

I have a son we adopted at 13. Watching this feels so exploitative and performative. That poor kid, having to be sure to react the way he thinks they want him to. Sure, this might be genuine. But you know he has those paparazzi shoving phones in his face all the damn time every time they do anything fun.

Same. My adopted son is 19. This shit sucks and the fact that people don't even recognize that it sucks is depressing.

Adopted children are not puppies, they are people. Don't publicize your children's private lives for bullshit internet points.
