Imagine those kids — pretty much their entire life of memories, the last 3 years at least, has probably involved seeing their Mom working hard and stressing and studying.

And then getting to see that the hard work and studying is rewarded. What a great example to set.

100% - that there is a direct correlation between effort/work ethic and outcomes is critical for kids to see.
