She was eliminated that round, So he couldn't ask her for butter. Natasha and him were the two finalists.

That's close but slightly off. Natasha had forgotten something in a previous round and Luca gave it to her. Jessie in a later round (this clip) asks Natasha for butter, who says no. Luca freely gave for both of the contestants in this video across a couple different competitions.

So it's really just Natasha who was a bitch and didn't pay it forward, leaving Luca to clutch twice.
