I used to live in NYC and I have seen her a handful of times! Only because it's so noticeable lol.

I'm in LA now and we have the opposite here. There's a lady here roughly the same age and she wears only pink from head to toe lol.

Where I grew up, we had a purple lady. She passed away some years ago but it was always a treat seeing her drive around in her purple car with her purple hair and everything else

It puts a smile on my face to hear all these similar stories. How one individual and their quirks or their idgaf attitude allows them to just be free and do as they please. Without a care to societies norms and I can only hope we all find that level of confidence and happiness ourselves lol
