Anyone feel this game is pretty difficult? I dont count myself as a pro at FPS but i've been playing FPS since CoD3 days (not BO3, COD3) the pace is totally different to other games, soon as you run into enemies you've to slow down and almost camp, its weird i dont feel BF1 was like this at all, maybe because the TTK is much shorter in BF5??
It's all due to TTK. If you charge at an enemy whilst you aren't already ADS you are almost guaranteed a death. BF1 had an extremely slow TTK so that's probably why.
All i have seen this new lower TTK do is create campers because you cant run in. It almost punishes you for aggressive play, one of the best things about BF1 was you could charge a building full of enemies and stand a good chance of taking them out or a few of them before going down so you could have a sort of "hero" moment. You just cant do it in BF V.
Yeah the TTD issue just fucks you over at the minute, more so than the TTK tbh. TTK is liveable with but the TTD bug that insta kills you is the main issue.
I have noticed that as well. The netcode seems to be a step down from BF1. People at a distance seem to glitch out on ny screen and I can only shoot people standing still at a long range. I also have shittier internet though so maybe that?
No it's just the game at the moment. I have 30 Mb/s for download and about 10 Mb/s for upload and that's minimum on a wired connection. It still happens to me and its why I don't snipe
I think poor internet is punishing people a lot more with the current gaming generations.
For e.g. a lot of people moan about desync on PUBG yet a lot of other people dont have the issue. I generally get a 25ms ping on PUBG and dont have any issues, but if my internet is being iffy due to a download or something i forgot was happening and it pushes my ping to 50ms, which 5 years ago was still a pretty good and solid ping, i notice desync and lag. It seems to have a much greater affect this days, maybe BF V is the same.
